This classic and tasty Peruvian dish is as Asian-inspired as it gets, but made with that famous Peruvian flair. Like a Chinese stir fry, lomo saltado is a dish of steak, tomato, onion, and yellow chili pepper typically served with a side of potatoes and garnished with cilantro. It’s delicious!
