The mall Aventura Santa Anita in Peru will build a large aquarium that will hold thousands of marine species as a new attraction for their visitors.
In a 1,500 square meter space, this project will be the second-largest of its kind in the country.
“The attraction will have fish, crustaceans, mollusks, and even sharks can be seen closely by all visitors to the mall”, Gestión informed. “Similarly, a wide variety of algae will oxygenate the entire aquatic ecosystem while preserving the species in a natural environment”, they continued.
Javier Postigo, general manager of Mall Aventura told Gestión that the aquarium will not only be an attraction but also it seeks to become an educational tool about respect to other living beings and offer details about the different marine species it will hold.
