The best-selling book by the famous author will now be available in Peru at all bookstores.
After being the number one author for his novel “The Da Vinci Code”, Dan Brown publishes “Origin” under the seal of Editorial Planeta. The new novel has already had its international launch in more than 50 countries. It will arrive in Peru this Thursday and will be available in all bookstores.
“Origin” has been published recently in the United States and the United Kingdom, wherein less than 24 hours it has positioned itself among the best selling books on all lists. With this new novel, Dan Brown promises to answer the two great questions that have always obsessed humanity: where do we come from? Where do we go?
Brown’s novel has received very good reviews from readers. Also, New York Times journalist Janet Maslin said this of the novel: “It’s exciting. It confronts creationism against science, and it’s sure to spark as much controversy as The Da Vinci Code.”
The place chosen by Brown to develop “Origin” was Spain, having as main stages Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, and Seville, in which a new adventure of Robert Langdon takes place.
This is probably one of the most important events in a year of encouraging reading. The first quarter of the year had an amazing event called A Night at the Bookstore where books could be found at just 5 soles in Miraflores. Then, we had an impressively successful book fair which reached a record in sales. Origin is expected to be a success among Peruvian readers.
Will you read Origin? Have you read The Da Vinci Code? What do you think about these kinds of books?
