Travel Mart Latin America fair, which is to be held in Lima, Peru in Sept. 2010, will allow the participating Peruvian companies to close deals for more than US $300 million dollars, according to the Peru Hotels Society (SHP) estimations.

"Some 950 delegates from Latin America, the United States, Europe, Asia, Europe and Oceania, interested in knowing our history, archaeological and cultural riches will attend the conference,” said the SHP general manager, Tibisay Monsalve.

“Peru will invest US $1 million dollars in location, infrastructure, ambientation, among some other basic criteria, since the goal is to meet the usual international quality standards,” remarked Monsalve.

The organizers are currently choosing the venue, and the possible choices are the Manuel Bonilla stadium in Miraflores, or the Jockey Club del Perú in Surco.
