Peru to promote its exports in Russia

A delegation of more than 25 Peruvian companies will present Peru’s export offer in Russia during the Expo Peru fair to be held in Moscow on Feb. 11-12, according to Peru’s Export and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPerú).

The event aims to promote the exportable offer of Peruvian products in Russia, which holds considerable potential for growth and presents great business opportunities.

"Peruvian Firms and products are getting more and more international recognition, so we need a more extensive promotion to enhance its presence in new markets," said Juan Carlos Mathews, Promperu’s Export director

Nine days before Expo Peru, from Feb. 8 till Feb. 12, nine Peruvian companies from fishing sector will participate in Prodexpo, the main food fair in Russia, with the sponsorship of the National Society of Industries and from PromPerú.
