US based hotel chain Best Western will open its first hotel in Peru, which will also be the second in Latin America, under the five-star brand Premier in Sarapampa, Cañete (Ica region), reports Semana Economica.

“The hotel called Vista Pacifico Best Western Premier will demand an investment of US$15 million and will have 12 bungalows, two presidential suites, 90 suits and 6 duplex,” explained the marketing manager of Revolutions, Horacio Delgado.

The project, which could have been ready last year had not been an international financial crisis, will have a convention centre, three restaurants, a spa and a pier for water sports.
