Peru conquers Spain

The stand of Peru in
the International fair of Tourism of Madrid aroused a lot of attention among
the visitors. The fair was inaugurated by the kings of Spain Juan Carlos and
Sofia. It was held in the park Ferial Juan Carlos I in the capital of Spain, Madrid. Around 170
countries all together made up the fair, Prom Peru took it upon themselves to represent
the wonders of Peru by presenting groups who performed native dances such as the
marinera. There were also carnival statues and an amazing tunnel that took the visitors on a 2
minute tour, where they had the chance to see small models of Machu Picchu, the Inka Trek, the dessert of
Paracas and of course the Amazon jungle, the only thing missing was a taste of
our traditional pisco sour.
