Larcomar (Fashion Center), owned by Graña & Montero, will build a commercial boulevard in El Agustino District, in a 4,600 square meters area, informed the company today.
The company has submitted a proposal to El Agustino Municipality, to provide an alternative use for this property.
No other proposal has been presented until the deadline was closed, so this stage is over.
Larcomar is currently working with the municipality on the contract’s terms for using this area.
The boulevard will be developed simultaneously as another shopping mall in the area of the former military barrack known as La Polvora.
