Peru: Ajegroup expects to grow by 15 percent in 201Peruvian beverage company Aje expects its sales to grow up by 15% this year, while it consolidates in the markets where it is present now, said its Director of Corporative Affairs.

Ajegroup, owned by the Añaños family, manufactures sodas and fruit-based beverages in Latin America, from Peru until Mexico, where it runs its main operations now, and has had to fight against huge corporation like Coca-Cola FEMSA to earn a place within the market with the largest beverages consumption per capita.

Paredes also explained that Aje is preparing the onset of operations of their second plant in Thailand.

Aje has presence in ten Latin American countries, including Ecuador, Costa Rica and Colombia; it products are sold also in Thailand, Cambodia y Vietnam.
