Some 11 people were injured due to the earthquake that took place last night in Tacna region, and have already received medical attention at public health facilities, reported the National Institute of Civil Defense.
The earthquake caused some small landslides that blocked the Panamericana Sur and Binacional roads, in Moquegua region, according to reports from local authorities
At this time, the roads have been cleared and transit is normal. Moquegua region did not suspend school classes, unlike Tacna.
