Rio Cristal Resources Corporation issued an statement announcing that its common shares have been approved for trading on the Bolsa de Valores de Lima.
Charles Preble, Chairman of Rio Cristal, said, "The Company’s listing in Lima is an important step for us as it will provide significant liquidity for Rio Cristal shares and a source for regional capital as we continue to grow the Company. Our projects are all located within Peru and it is important that Peruvians who know our Company and its management are able to more easily invest in Rio Cristal through this highly regarded exchange."
