The Community of Madrid will facilitate and channel the participation of Spanish companies in several infraestructure projects in Peru, worth more than US $3.5 billion altogether.
The most relevant project included would be the construction of the Metro of Lima.
The Andean Development Corporation (CAF), that is part of the Andean Corporation for Development (CAF) has requested the participation of Madrid Network to facilitate the participation of Madrid-based companies in Peruvian projects.
Madrid Network has created a work group focused on this, and the first project is likely to be related with the Metro of Lima, and also port projects for Callao, Iquitos and Yurimaguas.
