TLC must first be approved by Congress

Vice Minister of External Commerce, Pablo de La Flor, demands that the document concerning the signing of the TLC (tratado de Libre Comercio) agreement – due for April 6th – should eventually be approved by the Peruvian Congress. Prior to this, it will eventually be analised and ratified in July by the US Congress.
Facts such as the cancellation of orders concerning goods being imported by the US and the consolidation in the approval of the TLC by Peruvian congress were the themes that confronted Vice Minister Pablo de La Flor to light up a debate in the Chamber of Commerce of Lima.
