The Peruvian population grows annually by 400 thousand people. A Survey carried out by the “Censo Nacional de Población y Vivienda”-national survey of population and housing, demonstrates that 11,8% of the total population of surveyed Peruvians lack some form of education. While 21,3% and 15,2% have primary and secondary incomplete, respectively. The survey showed that 29,85% of the population of the province of Callao do not have secondary completed, while 4,01% of the population of Lima do not count on any type of education. In their conclusion 14,56% of people residing in Lima have primary schooling incomplete.
