A judge has ordered the “Fondo Especial de Administración del Dinero Obtenido Ilícitamente en Perjuicio del Estado” (A Special fund to administrate the money obtained illegally to in damage the State) to pay $3,2 millions to the former army captain Gustavo Cesti, as he was in unfairly jail for two years.

That money was originally going to be spent to build three new court houses to trail individuals involved in corruption and to pay the lawyers working on Fujimori´s extradition from Japan to Peru.

If the money is being paid out to Gustavo Cesti, the Fondo Especial de Administración del Dinero Obtenido Ilícitamente en Perjuicio del Estado will only have $835 left.
