(LIP-ir) — A completely rejuvenated Brasil Avenue will be the site of Peru’s yearly Independence Day parade. Manager of Urban Development, Walter Arauco has pointed out that flowers will be added to lawns, the grass and trees of houses on the avenue will also be trimmed and cut. Traffic lights for 18 blocks are being painted and adorned with flags. Fences along the avenue are also being cleaned and will later be painted. Arauco told Andina News Agency that Brasil Avenue will look its best for this Independence Day Parade.
