Fujimori?s Chilean lawyer renounced to defend him

Fujimori Chilean lawyer, Juan Carlos Osorio, presented his resignation arguing that he also defends Eduardo Calmell del Solar (former director of “Expreso” newspaper) and Daniel Borobio (an Argentine publicist that was adviser of Fujimori and who also worked with the former intelligence chief, Vladimiro Montesinos). He expressed their preoccupation that their cases could be associated with Fujimori’s.

Juan Carlos Osorio said: "Despite not existing mutual incompatibility in assuming all those judicial representations simultaneously, I prefer to defend Eduardo Calmell del Solar and Daniel Borobio, with whom I’ve being working for almost five years".
