Peru: Lima – Argentina make deal to boost cooperation programs

Lima’s regional government signed an agreement with the Governor’s Office of the Argentine province of San Luis with the aim of boosting the cooperation, investment, and trade in the public and private sectors.

This agreement was reached in the framework of the visit of the San Luis Government Official Mission, which was led by its governor, Alberto Rodríguez Saá.

During two meetings held in Lima, authorities and representatives of the Argentine province presented their progress regarding digital inclusion of population and their social development program in the health sector.

Local and regional authorities as well as businessmen of the Peruvian departments of Lima, Junín, and Huánuco participated in these meetings.

“The most important of this kind of agreements is the possibility of exchanging experiences and learning from them”, said Lima’s regional president, Nelson Chui (above).
