Toledo admitted yesterday to there being terrorists in Peru. These terrorists who were responsible for the death of 13 policemen in December are situated in the valleys where cocaine is grown, these places are extremely difficult to access or even to find.
Pedro Pablo Kucsynski (PPK) the president of the Consejo de Ministro had said that these terrorist groups exist in the cocaine valley and the terrorism operates in total impunity, killing policemen and inflicting fear. PPK has received harsh critics in the last few days from different sectors due to his declarations about the number of terrorists that have been released in the past 5 years.
President Toledo said “PPK is a very gracious person and works very closely with me, and what I know he knows.”
