As Peru economy is growing, so is the demand for commercial centers, shopping malls and of course, offices and space for workplace, especially in the region’s capital cities, where there is still a lot to do (and to build) regarding to this matter.
Until now, moving to work or to do business outside Lima could mean a real issue due to the lack of suitable office buildings: what companies have been doing is adapting old manor houses of building their own offices from nothing, in former agricultural land.
But this is very likely to change soon: construction companies are starting projects to build top executive office buildings and office complexes, in important regional cities such as Trujillo, Arequipa, and many others, according to Semana Economica Newsletter.
