If Peru Wins the Match Today, Tomorrow Will be a Day Off

The match will be played at 9:15 pm.

The Ministry of Work announced that if Peru wins the match today, Wednesday November 15, the next day, Thursday November 16, will be an official day off for all public employees. If Peru wins the match, it would qualify for the World Cup after a 35 year qualification drought.

According to the Ministry of Works twitter account, it would be an excellent achievement and Peruvians should be able to celebrate properly.

Those missed hours from Thursday should be reasonably recovered at times that do not affect weekends.

According to FIFA rules, the Peruvian team needs to win in order to qualify for the World Cup, since they were not able to score  during the first game in New Zealand.
