Some 43,658 people visited the fifth annual Mistura Gastronomic Fair, the highest number recorded in a single day in all its editions, reported Apega, the event organizer.
This figure, which was recorded between 10:00 hours and 22:30 hours, represents an increase of 4.68 percent compared to last year’s record, which was 41,613 visitors on Friday September 6th, 2011.

"This result is a great responsibility for Mistura, as the fair seeks to satisfy, in the best possible way, thousands of guests who support the country’s development through the gastronomic chain", the organizers said.

Mistura current edition will run until September 16, in Campo de Marte, located in the Limean district of Jesus Maria, an area which is 60 percent larger than last year’s (Parque de la Exhibición).
