The Municipality of Lima is offering over 2,000 scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in recognized national and international educational institutions.
Students between the ages of 15 and 29 who rank in the top of the class, and reside in the Lima Metropolitan or Callao may apply.
According to _El Comercio_, the scholarships span the European countries of Spain, Russia and Egypt in the following areas of study: aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, nanotechnology engineering, bioengineering and bioinformatics and medicine (Russia) and computer engineering (Spain).
There are also extension courses such as soil and water management and cotton technologies and integrated pest control (Egypt); master’s in business administration, banking and finance, and management for the quality of educational centers (Spain).
Likewise, scholarships will be offered to the following Peruvian institutions for those interested in staying within the country: Tecsup, USIL, IPAE, British and Saco Oliveros among others.
