Soccer triggers cultural exchange, here is a little bit of that.
No doubt that after Peru’s qualification to the Russian World Cup, thousands of Russians began to find out more about our country. And food is one of those aspects that cannot be ignored.
Peruvian food is surely the greatest representation of its culture, being awarded as one of the best cuisines in the world on many different occasions.
Dishes like Cebiche, Aji de Gallina, and Causa Rellena are some of the most delicious options this country has to offer.
In order to surprise their European palates, a group of young Russians was dared to taste Peruvian food products and were surprised because their countrymen said that Peruvian food is rare but delicious.
Turrones, Inka Kola, and Peruvian potatoes were some of the foods consumed by the Russians in their country; different girls and boys were encouraged to taste some of our strong ‘dishes’.
In the 36-minute YouTube video, there are several young people who want these Peruvian products in Russia. Surely other Russian compatriots expect the ‘boom’ of Peruvian food in June when the World Cup begins.
