The students of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) who completed an internship at Harvard University, in the United States, presented innovative projects with a sense of social responsibility that will serve as tools for important changes in Peru.
According to information from Andina News Agency, every year a group of talented students from this university are allowed to travel to Harvard and strengthen their leadership, innovative and research skills.
The projects presented are:
O.l.g.u.i.t.a.
It consists of a database that seeks to help solve emotional problems students can experience from stress, low motivations, sadness, desertion and migraines while studying, which can affect their academic results.
Bike-and
This proposal seeks to provide an alternative to transportation for the community of San Marcos within its campus by having bicycles available in strategic places.
Green Chen
Green Chen is a project that wishes to counter contamination produced in homes with kitchens that work with biomass through microalgae.
Qale Yawar
Finally, Qale Yawar is a project that seeks to diminish anemia throughout intervention in schools by educating parents and teachers about the importance of the consumption of food high in iron.
