3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup lime juice
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
½ cup sacha inchi oil
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Combine garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Slowly whisk oil into lime juice mixture until thickened. Whisk Greek yogurt into mixture.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or overnight.
