The business conference Superfoods Peru Natura plans to generate more than $38 million US dollars in 1,100 business appointments, according to the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (Promperú).
“The event will involve more than 75 small and medium superfood producers from Arequipa, Cusco, Junín, Lambayeque, Lima, Puno and San Martín; along with almost 70 buyers from the United States, Europe and Asia”, explained El Comercio.
Among the products that will be negotiated are quinua, sacha inchi, chestnuts, camu camu and aguaymanto, and the foreign buyers were selected thanks to the support of the Commercial Offices of Peru Abroad (OCEX) located in the various markets of the United States, Europe and Asia.
Importers will also participate in the Expoalimentaria 2018 fair, an international business platform in Latin America dedicated to the food, beverages, machinery, equipment, supplies, packaging and packaging, services, restaurants and gastronomy sectors.
