Writer David N implies that no benefits will accrue to Peru. Well it goes beyond just aircraft purchase. Increase in transportation system is a public good, more traffic, more tourists = more jobs. I think this is a plus.

this is just propaganda because finally more competition is arriving, anyway continental, delta and forgot the other one, us airways? already took away the u.s. market from them.
