Peru and the United States signed an agreement earlier this week to strengthen the cooperation in search operations and rescue in coastal areas.
“The signing of the document was led by chancellor Néstor Popolizio and the United States ambassador in Lima, Krishna R. Urs”, El Peruano said.
This document is the first of its kind that the North American country subscribes with a South American nation. It will hopefully strengthen the cooperation in the aforementioned matters between both countries.
