To which countries can Peruvians travel without a visa?

Peruvian citizens can travel for tourism to eight countries in South America, presenting only their current National Identity Document – DNI, without using or processing their passport.

“According to the National Superintendence of Migration, Peruvians can enter Ecuador, Colombia and Bolivia with visa, thanks to the agreements signed at the Andean Community of Nations (CAN)”, according to information published by Gestión.

Peruvian citizens can also visit Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela with only their ID.

“However, it should be noted that the Foreign Ministry of that country [Venezuela] informed that as of June 15, Peruvian citizens wishing to enter the Caribbean country must previously complete the visa application procedures in Venezuelan consulates”, Gestión said.
