Stepping outside of your routine can be hard, but staying healthy and learning to relax is completely worth any challenge posed by stepping out of the box. Taking a workshop is one of the easiest ways to shake things up, and by doing so you’ll get to know new people with similar interests. Below is a list of five activities that we think you’ll enjoy as much as we do.
1. Soap creation workshop
Making your own soap is super fun and relaxing. If you haven’t done it before than you’re in for a slippery, bubbly surprise. During the course you will learn the history of soap, techniques, safety measures and formulas. All ingredients are natural oils, butter, essential oils, medicinal plants and more. 2. Home Yoga in the park
Yoga practitioners of all levels are welcome to attend this outdoor yoga session that will take place in the Domodossola Park in Miraflores. Build the right energy to star your Sunday off right with with stretches, power poses and meditation exercises. No payment is needed to participate in this event, but participants are asked to bring a tasty snack for all to enjoy at the end. Don’t forget your mat!

3. Breathing workshop
Breathe in, breathe out. This workshop will help you have a deep connection with yourself and will help better understand your body. Directed by life coach and educator Sara Encinas you will be in good hands during this experience.

4. Meditation: Connecting my female energy workshop
In this calming, women-only workshop you will perform chakras along with various breathing techniques to help connect and center yourself. You will also learn positions that will help you release negative energy thus improving self-esteem and emotional balance.

5. Floral workshop
This flower power workshop is all about Bach, and I’m not talking about the German composer. In the early 20th century, Dr. Bach found 38 different wildflower remedies that have different curative or therapeutic properties. In this workshop will learn remedies for loneliness, uncertainty, discouragement, and fear among many more. You will also discover how to apply these remedies and, most importantly, how to elaborate them.
