The congressman of Fuerza Popular, Héctor Becerril, and judge César Hinostroza, spoke before the decision of the appeal filed by Keiko Fujimori, so that the Prosecutor wouldn’t investigate the “Cócteles” case under the Law of Organized Crime was admitted.
This was known thanks to a recorded phone call, recently made public.
“According to an audio broadcast by IDL-Reporteros, Hinostroza calls Becerril, but he asks him to communicate half an hour later because he was in a meeting and both agree for it to be on Friday”, you can read in Andina News Agency.
In addition, in the recording, which was done on May 7, 2018, the apparent friendly treatment that Becerril had with the now suspended judge Hinostroza is perceived, to whom he not only addresses and calls by his first name “César”, but that even treats him as “little brother”.
