Four world-renowned chefs will explore Peru between September 23 and October 7 to learn about the richness of the country, the history of its cuisine, and more related to the culinary Peruvian experience.
Among the chefs who will explore four gastronomic regions of Peru (Tumbes, Iquitos, Cusco and the Colca Valley in Arequipa) are Ana Ros (Hisa Franko, Slovenia), Daniela Soto-Innes (Cosme, USA / Mexico), James Lowe (Lyle’s, England) and Jock Zonfrillo (Orana, Australia).
According to Perú 21, these chefs will be accompanied by their Peruvian counterparts, José del Castillo, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, Diego Muñoz and Pía León, as well as younger the chefs Arlette Eulert, Matías Cilloniz, Francesca Ferreyros and André Patsias.
“They will be hosts and guides to show firsthand, the richness of our inputs, the history of our cuisine and everything that surrounds it through the exchange and experience of our culinary landscape”, Perú 21 said.
This trip is organized by “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” brand, who will then produce articles, films and photographs to tell the experience of these chefs.
