The Second International Gastronomic Fair opened Thursday in the Parque de la Exposición. The Fair is to run over a period of four days, and will display the best of the best food of Peru.
Markets, stands, competitions, movies, master classes and “round table” discussions will characterize the event, as well as the multiple (over 30) representatives from the best restaurants throughout Peru. Visitors to the fair will have the

opportunity to try the best dishes from the best restaurants for the price of S/. 6 or S/. 12.
The fair promises to be a promotion of all the great gastronomic wonders that Peru has to offer. Ají is the ingredient of choice at this festival, and Mexico holds the invitation of honor, with various representations of their traditional food.
