Lucephen Saitil, 31, has been stranded in Peru for eight months and is saving money to buy a ticket to travel to Germany. He was headed to this country, initially, but arrived in Peru by mistake because of an error in his plane ticket.

He told RPP Noticias that he was headed to Germany to find a better opportunity for himself, but he was surprised when he knew he had arrived in Lima instead.

Saitil arrived in May 2018 to the country and has since stayed in shelters until he is able to find a job. The language is a barrier since in Haiti French is spoken.

“I felt bad because I want a new life and I expected to have it in Germany because my country is not well (economically),” he said, according to RPP Noticias.
He says he has relatives in France and Spain and all he needs now is a job that will allow him to save enough money for a plane ticket to Europe.
If anyone wishes to help him, his phone number is 934656890, as revealed by the aforementioned news site.
