Five Years Of Drought Are Expected In Southern Peru

The beginning of the drought in southern Peru begins this year with the El Niño phenomenon, according to the World Meteorological Organization, and would be extended for five years.

The director of Internacional Ecobrands, said Manuel Sanhueza Velázquez, warned that the main sector affected will be agriculture.
According to information from La República, no action has been taken, despite the knowledge about this situation.
