Yesterday, many Venezuelans gathered at Kennedy Park in Miraflores to protest against Nicolás Maduro’s regime, who they blame for the political, social and economic crisis their country is going through.
The protesters carried flags, as well as posters with phrases expressing their rejection of Maduro. They also manifested their support to Juan Guaidó, who swore yesterday as interim President of Venezuela, which Peru recognized.
At Kennedy Park, the police remained alert in case any incident happened to take place during the gathering.
