Wines Of Argentina Arrives In Peru For A Wine-Tasting Event

Wines of Argentina has gotten together with the National Institute of Tourism Promotion of Argentina (Inprotur), and Premium Tasting to bring to Peru the newest of Argentina in wine culture at the Lima Hotel Country Club of San Isidro.

The activities planned by Wines of Argentina will begin on Tuesday, October 9 with a Master Class on ‘the revolution of the whites’ by Paz Levinson, the most prestigious Argentine sommelier internationally, who will tour the great diversity of varieties and new styles of whites offered by the southern country”, they explained on a press release.

In addition, on Wednesday, October 10, a series of seminars will discuss the latest news about organic, natural and biodynamic wines, advances on cabernets and red blends, and information on high-altitude wines, by prestigious winemakers: Matías Ciciani (Escorihuela), Alejandro Kuschnaroff (Ernesto Catena), Andrés Vignoni (Viña Cobos), Fernando Ravera (Navarro Correas), Walter Bressia (Bodega Bressia), Alejandro Sejanovich (Estancia Uspallata), Claudio Maza (El Esteco), Santiago Mayorga (Nieto) Senetiner), and Thibault Lepoutre (Black Stone).

The list of activities will culminate with a round of buyers involving 15 Argentine wineries in order to establish contacts and negotiations to expand the possibilities for Argentine wine in the local market: Argento Winery, Budeguer Winery, Carelli Winery, Piedra Negra Winery, Krontiras Winery, Uco House, Chañarmuyo, Diamandes, Cassone Family, Schroeder Family, Huarpe Wines, Lupa, Matervini, San Hubert and Vallisto.
