Something can help Peruvian government is to contract a company or companies can give several transportation alternatives and then choose the most reliable alternative. Maybe a good first start for Peruvians can be if the government includes a planning area inside the ministry of transport and communication (they can give the opportunity to visualize Peruvian transportation for the next 10 – 20 years o more) can be very supportive for their plans.Add your comment
Good luck.
