Mr. Fujimori: you are a first class liar.

But of course the common citizen has to think that way, after all the giant campaing the media has launched against him... all the newspapers and tv shows saying he is guity... most people out there in the street who don't really know what's going on would give their opinion based on what they've seen and heard.

I honesly think this kind of article is irrelevant.

But what's interesting is to see how foreign members that come in here and feel they have the right to express their opinion when in reality they have no clue, for instance; this member edward.... of course Fujimori knew about Colima... are you following the trial or you just want to type something in here cause you have a computer to do it?

Such media releases have now, from a Western legal point of view, can invalidate a whole trial, as the jury now cannot be considered "unbiased" in their deliberations and findings and, therefore, it cannot be considered a "fair" trial.....regardless of any defendant's innocence or guilt.
Maybe things are different in this trial...I am not qualified to say. :-/

Most journalists are leftist, they (ab)use the media for their propaownnewsagenda, most people are not brought up to be critical thinkers, they simply follow what the media tells them to believe! Then you poll who people think… since many then think he is guilty, he must be guilty.

This trial is a shame, it must be very convenient to be an ignorant lemming.

A statement long since proven false, but repeated non-the-less.

An oft repeated lia may have some effectiveness, but where I come from, it just makes one a repeated liar.

@mericorps
If I had written “All” I agree that’s a lie but I wrote most, it generally known it’s just over 70% of the media that is left.

Of course you are avoiding the main point, these polls are useless and manipulative tools of mass manipulation.

Why because before justice is done, you don’t respect the “innocent until prove principle”

What does that say about your morels and sense of Justice?

http://www.cverdad.org.pe/ifinal/pdf/TOMO%20VII/Casos%20Ilustrativos-UIE/2.45.%20BARRIOS%20ALTOS.pdf
the people who died in Barrios Altos were terrorist? and the child who was riddled  with 11 bullets was terrorist too???
was this news invented for someone?
Do you need to live in Peru to understand this???

Edward .. clearly there is copability on Fujimori's part however how much is the question. Is Bush guilty of crimes againts humanity for waging war againts terror deffending America? I think not. At the time Peruvian citizens themselves could do nothing to fight the Shinning Path. Standard adminstrative goverment methods didnt work. Fujimori at war with Terror inside his own country made a stand and inocent people died. It was that or face more years of terror. Did anyone read stories of how the Narcissistic terrorist split babies in half in front of mothers and families to pressure its people into joining there cuase.  What was he to do? Send in the police? The police were powerless. Ask the AMericans to come fight his battles? If the Americans came there would have been allot more dead.

He took a stand took care of business then backed down.

Edward,

I have never said Fujimori is innocent... all I keep saying is that he hasn't been found guilty by the Jury yet, so he is still innocent and the media is being openly manipulated by politics, including the so called ICHR which to me is just another big worldwide mafia.

Repeated lie, nothing more, you can not document that because it is a lie.  Can you please come back to the table when you are able to tell the truth.

It is also my opinion that the media/press will try and sway public opinion with a poll or editorials.

Weather you think they are right leaning or left leaning is not is not a point as much as they should present opinions from both sides and allow the people to judge the case on the merits.

# JT says :

Years from now, he will be seen the best president Peru has ever had, the one who ended terrorism and chaos.  Too bad he won't be alive to see this =(

# AAS says :

Left people are so ignorant and so false to misjudge hime some badly, what a shame!

# mericorps says :

aass, Shouldnt you say the courts, as they are the ones who convicted him and already all international observes say the courts operated openly and within all Peruvian and international law and they see NOTHING corrupt or wrong with the verdict.

Still, it would be easier for you to dismiss any actual facts and just name call the world liberal and ignor any documented evidence.

That is why your arguments are always a joke, you see no need to include facts.
