Ucayali expects 4,900 tourists for San Juan Festival

Ucayali region expects to receive 4,900 tourists during the local celebrations for San Juan Festival, reported the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.

According to their estimations, 50% of these visitors will arrive to Pucallpa in order to visit the city and do business in regional fairs.

The other 50% will visit the city with a package tour already bought and they will travel different tourist tours; 10% belongs to foreign tourists.

Main attractions in Ucayali are Yarinacocha lake, Pucallpa natural park, Velo de la Novia waterfalls and Chullachaqui botanic garden.

Ucayali Chamber of Commerce will also organize a business event with the participation of 150 Brazilian entrepreneurs, who will analyze trade opportunities via air transport.
