More than 200,000 children under the age of five will be immunized against pneumonia, rotavirus, seasonal influenza, yellow fever, chicken pox and measles, among other diseases.

This activity will take place during the National Vaccination Campaign “Get up to date with vaccines”, which will be carried out this November 24 and 25, according to information from El Peruano.

Organized by the Ministry of Health (Minsa), the vaccination event aims to protect the child population and prevent it from certain diseases, for which 17 vaccines contemplated in the National Vaccination Scheme, considered one of the most complete schemes of the Americas.

The Minsa calls on parents to go with their children to hospitals and health centers to get the vaccines they need, which are certified by the World Health Organization (WHO).
