On August 16, the Association for Talent Development (ATD), a 75-year-old association in the development of talent, will arrive in Peru for the first time and will organize the ATD 2018 Peru Summit.
This event will have the participation of speakers and facilitators from Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Peru. Among them, is Nelson Santiago, Master trainer of ATD, who will give the international certification “Design of Learning, the complete foundational program to design a training based on results”, said La República.
The certifications that will be offered are in methodologies that are not yet well developed in Peru, according to Johana Reátegui, member of the ATD community in Peru.
ManPower’s Right Management, workshops, sharing tools, case studies, and success that can be transferred to companies, are some of the topics of the certifications.
