The Peruvian women’s volleyball team defeated Chile 3-0 and won the bronze medal in the South American Sub 20. With partial of 25-16; 25-19; 25-15; the “matadorcitas” got a medal in the contest held in the country.
“After being measured against the representations of Uruguay, Ecuador and Chile, which won 3-0 in all matches, the Peruvian sextet Sub 20 fell by 3-1 against Brazil in the semifinals of the contest”, El Comercio informed.
Therefore, the Peruvian team played against Chile for the bronze medal, who had fallen to Argentina in the other semifinal.
