The Peruvian State claims more than $700 million US dollars from the Concessionaire Corporation of Line 2 of the Lima Metro, due to delays in the commissioning of its construction.
This consortium is made up of the Spanish construction companies ACS and FCC, together with Italy’s Impregilo and Ansaldo, and Peru’s Cosapi, El Comercio informed.
“The Peruvian authorities have filed a counterclaim with the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), of the World Bank, in response to the previous claim of the consortium against Peru, according to ACS in a report on results for 2018 submitted to the National Securities Market Commission, the Spanish stock market regulator”, the aforementioned media said.
