According to the website JOE, two of Peru’s tourist destinations are among the top 20 places you should visit at least once in your life.

“So if you’re wondering where in the world you should be aiming to go before you kick the bucket, this is what the experts say are the top twenty”, they say before presenting the list, which was put together by Flight Network and over 500 of the world’s top travel journalists, agencies, bloggers, editors, and more.

At the top is the expedition to Antarctica, but a few places after on the list, in fourth place, is the trek to Machu Picchu in Peru. The Peruvian famous destination is right after the journey with the Trans-Siberian Railway and before a drive through the Pacific Coast Highway in San Francisco, California in The United States.

Then, in the 13th place, is the Amazon river cruise from Manaus, Brazil to Iquitos, Peru. Flight Network located this journey before “Explore the Italian Countryside”, and after “Fjord Cruise in Norway”.
