Peruvian Coffee Is Awarded “Best In The World” For Second Consecutive Year

Lucio Luque Vásquez, who runs the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle de Incahuasi, received the first place in the Coffee Awards SPP for his coffee production in the country.

“This company, located in the district of Incahuasi, province of La Convención, in Cusco, has 480 members among small producers and specialists in the production of fine coffee”, Perú 21 informed.

After presenting samples of their production to the Sello de Pequeños Productores (SPP) they obtained the first place among participants from all over the world.

“Peru demonstrates that it has exceptional coffee and that it is at the level of the great producing countries,” said Geni Fundes, manager of the Coffee and Cacao Plant.
