There’s a thought in Peru that it has to be sunny to go for ceviche, so we took it and went to La Mar for this month’s central restaurant review.
Peru’s culinary scene is a melting pot of flavors and influences. This month, we’re excited to host renowned chefs from across Latin America, including Argentina, Colombia, Puerto Rico and, Venezuela, who will be showcasing their unique culinary creations.
We have our eyes set on new products that are coming to improve the liquid experience. Andean Spirits will have news, and a few new beers will see the light of day.
