The Superior National School José María Arguedas, the National University of Music and the Orson Welles Institute organized the musical evening “Sounds and Styles”, which seeks to spread Peruvian and contemporary music tomorrow at a special concert in Lima.

The concert will have presentations from each of the aforementioned entities, as well as from the Ensamble Estudiantil of the ENSF José María Arguedas.

The EUNOIA quartet from the National University of Music, and winners of the international “Guitarco de Taxco 2018” contest, in Mexico will also be at the event, together with the OW Sound band, from the Orson Welles Institute, which plays Peruvian music with contemporary flair.

The appointment is tomorrow, September 18, at 7:00 pm at Los Incas Auditorium, Ministry of Culture (Av. Javier Prado Este 2465, San Borja), and the entrance is free.

“Sounds and styles” is the beginning of a series of productions that will be carried out jointly by the three entities. They aim to promote, encourage and disseminate the music made by Peruvian youth, in various styles inspired by the national and universal sound heritage, explained La República today.
