Vice-President Aráoz: “Peru Can Become An Agricultural Power”

Peru can be an agricultural power in Latin America, thanks to the great diversity of products it has in each of the regions of the country, said Vice-President of the Republic, Mercedes Aráoz.

“During the opening of the Expoalimentaria Fair 2018, she said that the country is also promoting the food industry, which generates development and employment”, wrote El Peruano.

According to Aráoz Peru can become an agricultural power in Latin America based on its diversity.

She also indicated that efforts are being made to generate new industries in the forest sector, which is carried out in various areas of the country where there is great biodiversity.

“These efforts are also made with the aim of removing from poverty the population that is in that situation”, wrote El Peruano.
